At this point, the hero, which the player plays, awakened from hibernation, enters the scene. His job isfinding a way to restart the engines and escape this dangerous area. Gameplay In The Persistence, the action is presented from the first person perspective. The gameplay focuses on exploring the deck of a large ship, solving simple environmental puzzles and fighting mutated enemies. We have an extensive arsenal at our disposal - a gun that fires projectiles filled with black energy, accompanied, among others, by gravity bombs. In addition, we have at our disposal the so-called Stem Cell Harvester, i.e. a weapon that allows you to obtain stem cells from the bodies of adversaries - thanks to them we can develop individual features of the protagonist(speed, endurance, stealth) and gradually gain an advantage. The whole is complemented by a special serum that temporarily increases its strength - it turns out to be useful especially in situations when we do not have any firearms at hand. However, due to the fact that opponents usually appear in groups (which makes their elimination not easy), an important element of the game is sneaking behind their backs and hiding out of sight .
