When the USB is disconnected, the lamp automatically switches to using the included batteries. When used as a portable lamp, it is particularly suitable for places without access to an electrical power source. After use, the USB must be reconnected for charging. The lamp is dimmable in three levels, shines with a maximum of 300 lumens and comes with 2 batteries that can be replaced when needed. Depending on the brightness level, a fully charged battery has a lifespan of 9 to 36+ hours. When the lamp is connected to the USB cable, there is continuous light at any brightness level. Comes with an LED lightbulb that can be replaced when needed.
