LYFA SUNDOWNER Pendant 175 Brass

Design: Jørn Utzon for LYFA, 1948 Concept: SUNDOWNER 175 is an iconic lamp, designed by Danish Jørn Utzon in 1948. The lamp is inspired by the unique shell-shaped vaults seen on the Sydney waterfront, where Utzon's masterpiece, the Opera House, can also be seen. SUNDOWNER consists of a four-shade construction, where the light is diffused and emphasizes the elegant shapes that help to create a pleasant light inspired by a sunset. The lamp comes in several different sizes, for example 175, 250 and 400. The lamp is dimmable, compatible with a dimmable lightbulb. The canopy is white and measures Ø9x7.5 cm.
