Step 4: Remove the mask from your head, wipe clean and safely store.

Do I have to wear eye protection whilst using blue light devices?
Yes. It’s important to limit exposure to blue LED light, we recommend using the provided protective goggle inserts for the duration of your light therapy session.
What is the difference between blue light and red light therapy?
Blue light therapy gets absorbed by the cells on the skin’s surface, specifically targeting spot-causing bacteria (p. blemishes).
Red light therapy works below the skin’s surface to lower inflammation, soothe redness for a brighter, clearer skin tone.
How do I use the LED pen?
Step 1: Conduct a sensitivity test.
Step 2: Cleanse and dry your skin, then switch on the device. Apply directly to the area you wish to treat, ensuring the light is directed into the skin.
Step 3: Hold for 3 minutes until you hear the beep, then move onto the next area you wish to treat.
Step 4: After 15 minutes, the device will automatically switch off. Wipe clean and safely store.
Step 5: Continue with the rest of your skincare routine.
Expert Advice: Use 3 to 5 times a week for at least 6 weeks to see best results. Stop the treatment at any time by pressing the button for 2 seconds to switch off the device. Do not use more than once a day on the same spot.
