Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 for PC follows on from the first game of the name. The first game dealt with the aftermath of a worldwide pandemic of weaponised smallpox (known as Green Poison) released in New York by an environmental terrorist. In the final days before the pandemic devastated society, the US government activated The Division – a domestic sleeper agency properly known as Strategic Homeland Division or SHD. It was The Division’s task to find the source of the disease and to maintain and/ or restore law and order. ABOUT THE GAME The sequel picks up the tale some seven months later and the action has moved to Washington. Washington has been evacuated of all government officials and Air Force One has crashed near Capitol Hill – information that is visually depicted with gut-wrenching detail – and rebels swarm the city. The Division is tasked with clearing out the city and gathering any valuables as might be nearby. There are a wealth of side-quests and challenges to keep your interest up along the way, including exploring the fallen Air Force One and discovering that the President is missing in action rather than decisively killed. The body of the plane contains a wealth of treasure, so be sure to explore it thoroughly, even while you keep an eye out for disenfranchised agents who have gone rogue, enemy militia and anyone else who might be out to steal your loot and otherwise ruin your day. GET TO KNOW WASHINGTON One very cool feature of the game is that the player’s base of operations is none other than the White House, allowing you to roam freely through corridors and offices that you have probably only otherwise seen on television news reports and the like. The whole game is open map, so you can ignore challenges and quests for a while and go off to explore the sights of Washington, from the Lincoln Memorial to the American History Museum. There are a series of running battles in the museum, allowing you to divert yourself for a while by battling on the Mars exhibit for a space age feel, or the Vietnam recreation for a taste of brutal (and possibly tactless) warfare. There is a great range of weapons even before any mods and extras are added to them to boost their firepower, so make the most of each site to scout around and find all the secret stashes. You can find and use guns ranging from an old Civil War era rifle up to futuristic hand-guns, and all weapons are usable and customisable – although the above-mentioned rifle doesn’t exactly hold its own against modern weaponry! WAYS TO PLAY Solo Take your time exploring the game map and working your way through the missions and quests. Keep your eyes peeled for AI enemies who might be creeping up on you to steal all your hard-won loot or to shoot you, sending you back to your previous save point! Multiplayer

Battlefield 2042 - Xbox TURKEY Digital Key

Battlefield 2042 - Xbox TURKEY Digital Key

Battlefield 2042 for PC is a first person shooter video game with a strong multiplayer focus. The game, the twelfth in the series (and which also boasts over forty expansion packs throughout the franchise), is set in the fairly near future (as evidenced by the name) which means there are plenty of high-tech and futuristic weapons and gadgets – such as deployable drones, turrets, and robot dogs. ABOUT THE GAME As touched on above, the world’s climate has slipped into extremes, causing a large number of people to flee their now untenable homes. These climate refugees are calls No-Pats meaning they are stateless and have ‘no country’. The climate crisis has dramatically worsened, causing the collapse of the EU and heightening tensions between the USA and Russia to the point of war. Events on Earth come to a head when a Kessler Syndrome* event occurs in 2040, knocking out seventy percent of international communications satellites. Already tense, the USA and Russia are poised on the brink of war. A Kessler Syndrome event will occur, according to science, when a chain reaction of collisions within the thick space junk belt whizzing around the planet (debris from space missions, lost or jettisoned for whatever reason) affect those things in orbit that we rely on for day to day work and play: the carefully positioned satellites that operate phone systems, internet connections as well as television and radio comms. War finally breaks out in 2042, just in time for you to come along to save the day. Or play your part in the day-saving, anyway. WHAT’S NEW AND WHAT STAYED THE SAME? The Plus system is new, and improved: players can now upgrade their weapons on the fly, and while the class system is broadly the same but with a massive and much-needed overhaul. Classes are now called ‘specialisms’ and you can explore any skill tree, instead of being limited to your class as before. The names remain the same, Assault, Engineer, Medic, Recon etc, so if you have a favourite, you can quickly find what you’re looking for. Extreme weather effects have made the jump from the previous game in the series, and given that there’s a climate emergency, you will not be surprised to learn that tornadoes can suck you up and give you a hard time before spitting you out again – hopefully! – while sand storms reduce your visibility quite massively. And that can be a problem in the middle of a battlefield… Instead of single player mode, but there are three main gameplay modes: All-out Warfare – which comprises of: Breakthrough (in which you try to take out the other team’s control points) and Conquest (in which two teams battle for a single control point). Hazard Zone is the multiplayer co-op zone and the place to be! There is support for up to 128 players in two teams of 64. Finally, in the ‘what’s new’ column, there are autonomous vehicles that players can commandeer as and when they need them. If there are no handy cars around, players can even request a vehicle to be airdropped to them – why not think out of the box and get a tank dropped onto an enemy sniper, and make life a tiny bit easier for yourself?

Watch Dogs 2 - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Watch Dogs 2 - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Watch Dogs 2 for PC is the sequel to the first game, and will benefit from a third edition in the near future. It is a third person perspective, action adventure game that is set in an open world setting. ABOUT THE GAME You play as Marcus Holloway, a rebel working to foil the cities authorities attempts to control the population using high-tech surveillance equipment. Marcus Holloway is a member of a hacktivist gang, one of their best, and it is his job to complete missions, bringing supporters to the gang, known as DedSec. The writers of the game wanted to incorporate a blurring of the lines between reality and fiction, and consulted with real hacktivists, semi-fictionalised some real life computer shenanigans, and devoted long hours to making the world inside the game feel authentic to the players – with a good deal of success in achieving this aim. Marcus must travel around the area, a fictionalised version of the San Francisco Bay Area, using any of the vehicles that he comes across, which include motorbikes, vans, cars, trucks, quad bikes and even boats. He has excellent manoeuvrability and can even use parkour to overcome objects and climb walls while travelling on foot. SINGLE PLAYER, MULTIPLAYER AND CO-OP PLAY While the core story arc deals with the player controlling Marcus Holloway alone as he navigates through the city, battling, hacking and sneaking about, there are also several fun and exciting multiplayer and co-operative play modes to explore too. With co-op play, you can meet up with fellow gamers’ avatars and make a loose team, heading off to explore the open world, complete missions and gain followers for DedSec. In multiplayer, you have a choice of various sub-games in which you can play one on one, alternately attacking other player’s to hack them, or defending your hack against others, two on two showdowns, where you and a partner battle it out with the opposing team to complete missions such as acquiring hard drives and so on. There are also several four on four missions that add excitement to the gameplay as you battle your opposition to lead the winning team to victory! THREE WAYS TO BATTLE Aggression: As it sounds, you use brute force, weapons and grenades to strong arm your way into buildings, aiming to complete your missions before an NPC (non-playing character) can summon the police who will try to arrest or detain you. You can shoot guns that are created on a 3D printer, plant explosives, or even use your own personal favourite, a jury-rigged billiard ball on a piece of bungee elastic Stealth: Instead of engaging and being loud and destructive, creep into buildings silently, place bugs and silently lift the data you need directly from servers and opposition premises. If you cannot avoid enemies altogether, you can always stun them with a swift blast from your taser, leaving them incapacitated while you ninja in, do your thing, and leave again Hacking: By far the most fun way to play, Marcus can do it all without leaving home. Sophisticated hacking puts Marcus in control of enemy cars, junction boxes and more – anything that can be connected to a network can be hacked from Marcus’s mobile phone or other devices. He is helped with a remote control quadcopter drone and a RC car that he can use to hack, plant explosives and virtually explore areas that could be dangerous

Frostpunk Complete Collection - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Frostpunk Complete Collection - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Frostpunk for PC is a city building, survival game set in an alternate reality in the UK at around 1886 when twin volcanic eruptions (those of Tambora and Krakatoa, which occurred in real life, but in 1815 and 1883 respectively, not simultaneously) decimate the world, ruining crops in the field, darkening the sun for a time, and causing the death of millions of people all over the world. ABOUT THE GAME There are a number of scenarios to play through – see below for more information – but the premise in each scenario is similar. The player starts out as one of a small party of survivors, working to rebuild aspects of society. There are workers and engineers in the group and you are given a small amount of supplies and resources to start you off. Players must harvest extra supplies: food, wood, steel and coal to help the fledgling society get back on their feet, despite the vagaries of an unpredictable weather system which sometimes seems to be set against the survivors’ success. A DELICATE BALANCE It is possible to implement laws that will cause discontent, such as forcing workers to work twenty-four hour shifts, or making child labour laws that make youngsters work alongside adults. These laws should be used with caution and stopped as soon as possible, perhaps being balanced with more positive laws such as providing better healthcare, or allowing more food for those who need it. Systems such as Order and Faith, provide laws and religious beliefs to assuage the population, while provisions such as workshops enable craftsmen to spring up, creating useful resources and tools for the society’s benefit. VARIOUS SCENARIOS TO CHOOSE BETWEEN A New Home: this is the ‘main’ story arc and the one that most players will opt for the first time they play through. An expeditionary force has left London to look for a rumoured coal reserve in the north of the country. A splinter group has become separated from the main group of explorers, and stumbles across a huge heat source in a crater. They settle there as they explore the area and find deserted city that drives home just how much trouble they’re in The Arks: youthful scientists prepare a number of arks to preserve specimens of plants and crops for potential future generations to use to regenerate the earth and support the human population. They are sited near a generator hidden in a glacier, but are faced with the dilemma of choosing between aiding a nearby town that is struggling or staying on task with their arks The Refugees: in this scenario, the player is the leader of a group of refugees who have sought authority over a generator originally intended for the use of wealthy groups. The player must balance the population between class rifts, aiming for a truly equal society, but finding that divides constantly arise. Fresh waves of refugees constantly arrive, in need of precious resources to keep them alive: including the now dispossessed formerly wealthy people. The player must decide to let them in or turn them away The Fall of Winterholme: this DLC scenario shows the fall of a city due to mismanagement in the run up to the eruptions. The player needs to restore control and establish a sustainable flow of resources to the population – but no sooner is this achieved than he or she learns the generator powering the city is doomed to failure and must put into place and action a mass evacuation before it is too late Endless mode: this scenario can last mere minutes, or it can go on for hours! You have to build a city and survive for as long as possible, fighting off enemies, harvesting and distributing resources sensibly and generally keeping society going as best you can. The game ends when your civilisation fails

Mortal Kombat 11 - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Mortal Kombat 11 - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Mortal Combat 11 for PC is a 2.5D fighting game that marks – as the name implies – an impressive twenty-seven years of Mortal Kombat. This not only gives players gives a lot of and back story (especially new players) but it also means the developers have had plenty of practise at making compelling and immersive fighting games. This experience shows! 2D is, obviously, flat images having length and breadth. 3D offers depth alongside, whether actual depth, as in real life scenarios, or simulated depth for games and movies. 2.5D is when the illusion of 3D is offered on a 2D platform, or when a game is sometimes 2D with some fully 3D features. This game is the former. About the game Players all start out with the same equipment and form, much of which can then be customised to suit their preferences. The appearance of the avatar has no bearing on the abilities of the character, so a player can bring all their aesthetic tastes to bear without making their avatar weaker or less capable, unlike in some other games. There is a total of twenty-five playable characters, many with fascinating and compelling back stories, which gives every player plenty of choice when it comes to looks, aggression, defence and so on. Time Travelling Fun The main feature of this version of the Mortal Kombat timeline is the time travel element. This is ideal for older players who get a nostalgic glimpse into previous games, while newer players get to see old storylines rewind and work out differently. This fascinating features leads to some very different outcomes – and different outcomes than those desired by the players too! In order to earn enough points for upgrades and access to locked areas, players might find that some grinding is necessary. Grinding is repeating tasks or going over old missions in order to gain experience points or other benefits. However, this can be enjoyable, especially repeating easier missions with new powers: old enemies are splattered with joyful ease! Last Resort Death Knell One new modification in this game is the introduction of Fatal Blows. These are not available all the time, only being usable once your health level as dropped to dangerous lows. They are a sort of last resort, a final flourish to attempt to get your opponent before he or she finishes you off. The offence and defence metres are now separate, so you can boost your offence to make an attack particularly strong or you can boost defence for cunning roll-escapes or counterattacks without using up too much power. Tutorials will quickly and easily talk you through using these new features, and you’ll be fighting your way to success in no time. Ways to play Story Mode As mentioned above, the back story for MK is now a long and complicated saga worthy of publication as a standalone book or movie. Play through the game, until you achieve one of the two official endings – or go off canon and make up your own ending! Combat mode Blood splashes everywhere as you just enjoy the sickening but inventive ways to paint the gore around, taking out everyone you see. Explore the open map to find targets or follow the on-screen instructions, just taking your own blood-thirsty time about it! Krypt mode This is more of a sub-game than a mode, and can save you some of the above-mentioned grinding. Plunder the island for treasure and other loot, smashing down walls and opening chests to retrieve gold and other valuables, which can then be used to buy customised skins, weapons and gears, secret entrances and even to modify AI behaviour in your own favour.

Dead by Daylight - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Dead by Daylight - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Dead by Daylight for PC is a survival horror game from Behaviour Interactive. About the Game There are broadly speaking two ways to play: four online players join forces against a single killer, also an online player. So you can be the killer or you can be one of the four working against him or her. Villainous Villains There are a number of original villains to square up against or to play as, and there are a number of downloadable characters from popular culture, such as Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Freddy Krueger from Nightmare on Elm Street, John Kramer from Saw, Evil Ash from Evil Dead and the Scream-faced killer from the Scream movie franchise. There are sixteen original killers, mostly with one word names prefaced by the word ‘the’: The Nurse, The Clown, The Trapper, with only The Ghost Face having an adjective. Villains are one-paced, with a moderately fast walk-run their only gait. However, this is ever so slightly faster than their victims can run, so in a straight race, the villains will always win. Villains must strike their prey twice, once to injure and slow them down, a second time to incapacitate them completely. Injured players can be caught more easily while trying to evade the killer, while those with full strength can resist better and dodge faster. Survivor Tactics There are a total of seventeen survivors that the four cooperative players can choose to be. Diversity is reasonably good with most people able to pick avatars that correspond with their preferred look. As villains can outrun survivors in a straight run, the survivors need to get a little bit ingenious in order to escape. They have to fix a set number of generators (usually five, one for each player including the killer), in order to fix the gates that will set them free. An alternative mode of escape is to reach an escape hatch which automatically opens for them when there is only one survivor remaining. More than one survivor means that the hatch will require a key to be located and used if that means of escape is to be used. Players’ movements are fairly varied, with two paces: walk and sprint, although, as mentioned above, sprint is still slightly slower than the villain’s one-paced gait. Players can also crouch-walk and crawl, both of which come in handy when players are trying to avoid the killer by remaining out of his or her sight-line. Players cannot outrun the villains, so they must dodge out of sight either before they are spotted or within the duration of a chase scene, while the villain is still far away enough to be evaded. Keep Your Eyes Peeled As well as watching out for the villain (when playing as the villain you only have one task: find the survivors and change that status!) survivors should keep an eye out for the following useful items: Flashlights – shine a flashlight into the eyes of the killer and it will momentarily dazzle them, allowing survivors to rescue a captured buddy before the villain can sacrifice him or her Med-kits – first aid kits so survivors can heal themselves without needing to wait for a buddy to come along and heal them Tool boxes – can be used to sabotage the meat-hooks on which the villain displays his bodies, and they can also spring bear traps harmlessly, making the area safe for survivors Maps – these useful tools track objects, making it easier to find them Pallets – these massive wooden boxes can be stood on end and dropped by a passing survivor onto the villain, momentarily stunning him or her, so the survivor can get ahead and try and find somewhere to lie low

No Man's Sky - Xbox TURKEY Digital Key

No Man's Sky - Xbox TURKEY Digital Key

No Man’s Sky for PC is an action-adventure survival game in which the player takes the form of a crash-landed alien humanoid who is supplied with the basics of what he or she needs to survive and even thrive. Equipped with a multi-tool, the player can follow the on-screen advice from an entity named Atlas. This advice leads the players on a pre-set course, giving them plenty of opportunities to mine for resources, battle or trade and team up with fellow players or aliens (the latter are generated by the servers’ algorithms as needed, much like the more distant parts of the cosmos). But the best way to play is to head off on your own, building the ships and carriers you need to continue your journey as when you need them. See how far you can travel: trading, mining and fighting as you go. About the Game When released in 2016, the game was hailed as something unique and wonderful, though critics complained because many of the promised features were not present. However, the developers have made good on those promises since that first release and those promised features, such as multi player capability, extra building features, etc, are now available. The game operates largely using algorithms that ‘create’ the world just ahead of the player’s progress. This is called progression generation and it is a positive because it uses fewer resources than maintaining a fixed world would. If players travel to the same place at the same time, they will see the same features and colonies. This makes gameplay more authentic, while keeping the data usage relatively low. New Details The developers, a company called Hello Games, have worked hard to bring the game up to its original promise with regular updates that make the game more exciting, immersive and fun for all players. Multiplayer functionality was the main feature that gamers wanted and this was included in the first major update, shortly after the launch. Improved building enables players to make their home base unique to their own preferences: having an ideal home to protect is a good way for players to feel invested in the game. The developers continue to release updates regularly so you will always have something new and exciting to look forward to. They have learned from the errors of the past, and now only announce the new features once they are sure that they are player ready. Ways to Play The game is predominantly a world-building exploration game, with enough interesting missions to keep interest high. Players can choose their level of difficulty so they can simply explore the beautifully depicted space. There are different methods of play to choose, depending on what the player prefers: Exploration: The default setting. You take on the character of a crash-landed humanoid alien and set about ensuring your survival and exit from the planet on which you have crash-landed. You are encouraged to use the multi-tool, that all players have as standard, to mine for resources which you then craft into protective gear and transport. Survival: This is similar to standard gameplay but with much higher difficulty so if you like maximum excitement and challenge in your gaming this is the mode for you as you will be subject to more hostile attacks and more combat situations than otherwise. Combat: Full-on battles from the beginning to the end. These usually slot into the player’s exploration, with battles being more prevalent when this mode is chosen. Trading: This mode of play relies more on diplomacy and making deals with the aliens that you come across as you explore the worlds. It is not as easy as it sounds, however, the aliens speak languages which you must work to understand by gathering ‘Rosetta stones’ that will help with translations. Misunderstandings can cause friction! Multiplayer: Up to 16 players can team up to explore new areas of the map and friends can track each other on the map. Endgame Play through all the various modes in the format that suits your playing style best, enjoying the beautiful vastness of space and the exquisite landscapes as you travel between planets and settlements to raid, trade and explore the cosmos.

Hades - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Hades - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Hades for PC is a roguelike game – or perhaps the better term is ‘roguelite’ because in this game you are actually meant to die over and over, returning to the start a little older, wiser and with plenty of improvements and power-ups in your back pocket. It also has many elements of a role-playing game, and boasts isometric view and a fantastic soundtrack that enhances the game play experience, especially the combat scenes. WHAT’S THE STORY? The game has a simple premise – you are the son of Hades (Zagreus) and you are making a break from the bowels of hell to the pinnacle of Mount Olympus, in the hopes of finding out some more about your mom. Olympus is, of course, where all your aunties and uncles hang out and some of them will aid you on your mission, but even this godly help this won’t stop you dying often! Non-god characters deserving of a special mention are Sisyphus – he of the endless boulder, Patroclus, Hercules’s buddy, and Eurydice, late wife of Orpheus who oh-so-nearly made it out of Hades and back into her tragically cut short life. You have a range of weapons and powers: dash, light or weapon attack (primary weapon), special attack (an enhancement of your primary weapon and attack), and some magic (called a ‘cast’ and being a spell that is basically a long distance weapon). You can combine power-ups, for example, combining dash with attack gives you a whirling melee attack called a ‘dash-strike’. THE LITE-NESS OF BEING You begin by playing through the same four rooms each time, but the layout and enemies within it are different each time, giving you plenty of variety to keep you engaged. You die a lot, especially at the beginning, but whatever loot, treasures, power-ups and skills you have improved remain with you – hence the game being called ‘roguelite’ rather than roguelike, which emphasises permadeath and loss of all rewards. Because you are meant to die often as you explore your way through Hades, finding your way to the outside world, so you can try all the doors, explore all the paths and try out all the options. Whichever weapon you choose gives you different methods of engaging in combat: the sword provides for up-close slashing action, the long-bow allows you to pick off distant enemies more easily and the shield is great fun, able to be used as a sort of Captain America boomerang. Activating God Mode helps you survive longer and longer each time, by giving you an ever-increasing resistance to damage, which makes you stronger and stronger the more you die – a realistic trait in an immortal kid, when you think about it! WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW? Every time you complete a room, you earn improvements and upgrades which come in the form of keys, in-game currency (details below), stores and any gifts that your Olympian family have decided to help you with! Often completing a room (killing any villains, using power-ups, finding secrets) will cause one or more doors to open, showing you the way or giving you a choice of where to go next. The currency takes several forms and actually upgrades the further and more powerful you get, beginning with gold obols (tiny coins taken from the eyes of the dead) and shards of darkness and moving up to gemstones, titan blood phials and more. The Olympian uncles and aunts give gifts that are a nod to their godly powers: Zeus inflicts lightning damage on your strike, and Dionysius supplies ‘hangover damage’ – better known as poison! THE GAME MAP Zagreus can explore the underworld in between quests, unlocking upgrades, gaining new weapons and build new support features for underworld. He will find himself, after the four initial rooms, in one of four underworld biomes, namely : Temple of Styx Tartarus Asphodel Elysium If you begin to find that the game is a little too easy, , switch up the Pact of Punishment for greater difficulty and more challenging levels with harder-to-beat villains.

Back 4 Blood - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Back 4 Blood - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Back 4 Blood for PC is a co-operative zombie shooter game with a new card-based perks system. It is the unofficial successor to Left 4 Dead due to having the same creators who have indulged themselves in producing very similar gameplay. ABOUT THE GAME New to this game and something quite different for games of this type is the card deck. You must build your deck to gain as much advantage as you can as regards: health and healing, damage taken, stamina usage and restoration and so on. Meanwhile, the AI director within the game, will issue you with corruption cards from time to time, which work as debuffs, weakening your characters and making everything a bit harder for a while. As well as occasionally annoying you in this way, the AI can also spawn enemies, create a boggling fog that will send you wandering around in circles and can also boost the size of a horde in the PvE modes, bursting any complacent bubbles that you might have allowed to grow! The premise of the game is this: a worldwide outbreak of a mysterious parasite has devastated the world, turning those afflicted into creatures known as ‘the Ridden’. They are not undead, but are basically zombie-like characters against whom the survivors must battle. Survivors are who battle the Ridden are called Cleaners and they consist of various people: Walker, Holly, Hoffman, Evangelo, Karlee, Doc, Jim and Mom – you choose one of these to play as – pay attention to the stats in the opening scenes and pick a character that chimes with your inner you. You and your companions will fight your way through the story campaign in groups of four, all battling to clear the zombies from one room before moving to the next and doing it all again. The mission-based drops you in at point A with a list of tasks to complete before making your way to point B for some rest and recuperation in a safe room. THE NITTY GRITTY There are plenty of weapons to get to grips with, and they are all colour-coded by rarity, so you know when you’ve got a good one, a nice feature that makes shooting excellence that little bit easier. Each gun ‘fires’ differently, so you will want to come back time after time to try out all the weapons that you can as you acquire and master them. The end of each level sees the advance of a special ‘boss’ Ridden. These number among them, the likes of the Ogre, an immense monster who lobs meaty cannonballs at you with devastating effect – so keep your concentration high and your ammo handy when the end of the level seems to be approaching! There are various types of Ridden (detailed below) and you will need to learn how to anticipate and tackle each of these. As well as being to play either as Cleaner or as Ridden, you can enjoy four player co-operative play and 8 player multi-play Player vs Player. The game has a special focus on multi-play and re-playability, much like the game’s spiritual predecessor Left 4 Dead. JOIN THE RIDDEN FAMILY Whichever side you want to play on, but especially if you want to be a Ridden in the PvP multi-play events, you must learn to distinguish between the following types of Ridden, who tend to travel in similar groups: Stingers – these are sneaky and weakly creatures that sidle along ceilings and walls. They are easy to kill if you spot them, but a real nuisance if you don’t, spitting a sticky goop that anchors you in place until another Ridden or a horde of them can take you out Snitches – about as popular with Cleaners as snitches in schools and prisons – these Ridden sound an alarm if they spot you, summoning the others to come and give you a very hard time indeed Exploder/ Retcher – twins of a sort, these Ridden look similar, but they have quite different properties. One blows up taking out you, your team, and anyone else who happens to be nearby, while the other kind of vomits acid on you – another similarity is that neither of them is very pleasant! Bruisers/ Tallboys – known by both names, these Ridden have one huge arm that is literally a built-in club and they know how to use them. Best avoided!

Gotham Knights - Xbox TURKEY Digital Key

Gotham Knights - Xbox TURKEY Digital Key

Gotham Knights for PC is an action-based role-playing game with four playable characters – see below for more on these – set in an alternative DC universe after the presumed death of the Batman. About the Game Gotham City thinks that the Batman is dead, but whether he is or not – you will have to play through to find out (or not) – he has left some final advice for his various companions. These friends must work together to keep Gotham’s criminals from celebrating the vanquishment of their archnemesis too overtly. However, in the aftermath of Batman’s mysterious disappearance, the gang of friends discover the existence of a criminal cabal. It is known as The Court of Owls, and is said to be as old as Gotham City itself. The cabal possess – as all villain-worthy secret societies do – its own personalised league of assassins, known in this case as the Talons. However, the Court of Owls are not the only antagonists in the game: fans of the DC Dark Knight will be delighted to recognise the likes of The Penguin, Mr Freeze and many more, all operating alongside the bad actors of the Court of Owls. You will play across five district boroughs of Gotham City, which is a fully open world, allowing you to explore as far and wide as you like. It doesn’t matter which playing character you choose, they all level up as you do, so you can introduce a new-to-you character during harder levels without losing any of your hard-earned skills. The Nitty Gritty The game is designed for predominantly solo play, but a buddy can join in and help you out as a drop-in drop-out facility second player. The second player can rage-quit for half-an-hour and then come back without having too much of an effect on the main player’s game, which is useful for those with volatile friends. As you play through the levels and improve your stats, so do your enemies, so you don’t ever really have time to get bored with one level or another – the stakes rise along with your powers and abilities. The good guys’ base of operations is the belfry, because Bruce, for reasons that may or may not become clear as you play, has destroyed the Batcave. The Belfry is the game’s hub as well as the character’s daytime refuge, where you can change characters, update customisations, perform housekeeping tasks on the game, and generally get ready for the next chapter of play. The Belfry houses the BatComputer which helps to log your tasks, research and aids with other odds and ends of gameplay in a seamless and immersive manner. Ideally, the daylight lasts as long as you need it to, so you can spend as long as you like in the Belfry: as soon as you leave the belfry, night-time arrives and adventure beckons once more. Batman’s unique vehicles survived the BatCave destruction and are available to the gang – the Batcycle among them. Also surviving was Alfred Pennyworth, the butler, and he lends the protagonist a hand, with immersive and interesting cut-scenes. A final friend to the gang is Renee Montoya, a (seemingly rare) good cop. Who’s Who in the Belfry? All the following playable characters each have their own unique skills and skill trees, so choosing your character is not merely cosmetic as each level requires unique skills in order to master it. Choose from: Nightwing: Real name Dick Grayson, and the original Robin, as aficionados of the original comic series will recognise, this character is great at acrobatic manoeuvres and is skilled with dual escrima sticks Batgirl: Real Name Barbara Gordon, and, of course, Commissioner Gordon’s daughter reprising her comic-book role as Batgirl. She excels at not one but several fighting styles and is excellent at coding, making her the Belfry’s resident computer expert Robin: Newcomer Robin (the third person to hold the name) real name Tim Drake, this iteration of the beloved Boy Wonder can teleport using the Justice League’s satellite, and otherwise excels in stealth, fighting with his sturdy staff Red Hood: Jason Todd is strong and proficient with various and varied weapons, and uses the name Red Hood – which might confuse purists of the comic book lineage: it was used as a name for a villain who became disfigured and transformed into the earliest version of The Joker, now one of the most beloved characters in Gotham, bad guy or not!

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life - Xbox TURKEY Digital Key

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life - Xbox TURKEY Digital Key

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life for PC is an action adventure game and despite the misleading title is the eighth, not the sixth, main game in the franchise. Confusingly, the games go: Yakuza, Yakuza 2, Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, Yakuza 5, Yakuza 0, then Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and finally, this game! Not to be forgetting the four spin-offs and two remakes (and that is just the Western offering: the Japanese market has many more!) In this game, however, there is plenty for players of all skill levels, whether you are a franchise fan, or a newcomer to the world of Kazuma Kiryu, who is on his last outing here. ABOUT THE GAME The game is set in an open-world format and is played from a third-person perspective with high emphasis on over-the-top combat, with lots of beautifully engineered rag dolling to provide you with cathartic glee as you explore the surroundings! As mentioned above, Kazuma, Kiryu returns, and he is the only playable character in this game. As well as his usual moves and combos, this time there is a variant of Dragon Spirit Mode (from Yakuza 5) which is called Extreme Heat Mode and it renders Kiryu invincible as long as his ‘heat’ lasts. As well as this, during Extreme Heat Mode, Kiryu’s usual combos are super-sized into Heat Actions that chew into an enemy’s health in no time! The game is situated in two areas, the known and familiar (and subtly improved) Kamurocho red light district in downtown Tokyo that is the usual backdrop for the Yakuza games, and the new, more tranquil (until Kiryu arrives, anyway) area of Onomichi, which lies in the Hiroshima Prefecture, facing the Inland Sea. Action takes place in both areas as the story arc unfolds, but some substories and minigames are only playable in one location. REALITIES OF GAMEPLAY You may wonder if you are watching an anime series or playing a game at some points as the cut scenes can be very long, flowing into each other and running into lengthy minutes, up to half an hour or so at a time: but, the storyline is excellent, heart-warming, and well worth the time investment so buckle in and watch the story unfold before you get your turn to play again. There is just one fighting style that Kiryu adopts, just as in the first games, because, presumably, it has worked for him so far and if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, perhaps? The backstory and tremendously minute detail of the whole series may seem a daunting prospect to newcomers to the series, but the developers are aware of potential issues and have planned for this. There is a reminisce feature that catches you up with any bits of backstory that you need to progress in the game, so you will be playing with an understanding of just why this guy is your enemy, and why it is so important to do what Kiryu needs to do. While there is, of course, one overriding story arc that must be satisfactorily concluded, there are also various substories that Kiryu attends to while working towards his main story arc goals, and then there are the mini-games! MANY MINI-GAMES There are a lot of mini-games to try your hand at, and the timer stops when Kiryu is working on a minigame, so you can take your time and work through as many of these as you can, as well as finding all the other ways to play through, make some yen and improve the community in your own unique Kiryu way. Troublr app – this app appears on Kiryu’s phone and it alerts him to issues occurring nearby so he can intervene, sorting out random community problems and making the world a better place for a while! RIZAP Gym – you should go to the gym often (shouldn’t we all?) but in this case it is not for exercise, it is because the gym is an excellent source of healing potions that easily outstrip food offerings when it comes to restoring your health. The gym offers six ‘exercise routines’ or mini games inside the mini game, each exercise gives you two types of XP in various amounts, making it a great place to hang out and take a break from killing villains Mah-jong – Kiryu can take a timeout and spend some time playing a good old fashioned game of Mah-jong. Bear in mind, Mah-jong here is not the simple match-2 game played in the west, it is old school tactical oriental Mah-jong and it will tax your brain! However, if you take the time to learn it, you can make good money from your games Spearfishing – this is first-person shooter game where Kiryu is underwater, blasting as many fish as he can. He must battle against boss fish at the end of each of the three rounds to win, and do not forget to shoot treasure chests when you see them, as they will give you diverse rewards. A fun and engaging way to grind some yen and have some mindless blasting fun to boot Baseball – Not for the faint of heart, this is practically a full-size game in its own right! Kiryu becomes the manager of the local baseball, working with the team on improving performance, tweaking the team, and generally taking a timeout from his regular life. There is another min

Green Hell - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Green Hell - Xbox ARGENTINA Digital Key

Green Hell for PC is a survival game in an open world format, where the player must survive – and try to thrive – in an unusual location for such games which are usually set in deserts or arid landscapes – places survival is hard because of a lack of resources. This game parks you firmly on the banks of the Amazon river with all the dangers that entails: poisonous plants, bad water, dangerous creatures and natives who may or may not welcome intruders into their domain! About the Game In story mode you are Dr Jake Higgins – again an apparent improvement on other survival games, as it means you start with some advantages and knowledge. You are looking to find your wife, Mia, who is bent on making friends with local tribespeople because she speaks their language – she is Jake’s interpreter, as well as his partner. However, this rather blinds her to the dangers of those who do not wish her well, and Jake, whose only current contact with her is via a radio, must keep himself alive and track her down before it is too late. Jake’s progress is constrained by the need to learn on the go, making and then using tools that give him access to more of the jungle, each one hopefully taking him ever closer to Mia. There are multiple endings, so the game is worth replaying to see how the other endings play out. Need to Know Jake is armed with a useful satellite watch which doubles as your health monitor and a compass to keep you on track. Your inventory all fits into your backpack, so it is with you all the time, and you save by building a shelter, wherever you are. Remember to save before committing yourself to a tricky crossing or feat, and in a place where you are relatively safe – it’s mildly irritating to repeatedly die seconds into any save! It’s not just basic food along with clean water and sleep that you need in this game, you need to get the right balance of fats, carbs and proteins which makes it a lot trickier to accomplish, despite the abundance of potential nourishment all around you. You can check your limbs, one at a time and in fair detail, so you can spot wounds, leeches, bugs, bites and rashes as soon as they start affecting your health status. There is also a sanity bar which you should keep an eye on, especially when Jake is particularly stressed, ill or exhausted! If you start losing your mind, your grip on reality wanders and the music becomes poignant, and the colour drains from the world. The jungle will try and kill you even harder in this state, but you can recover by performing ‘normal’ actions, such as curing minor illnesses, drinking good water, eating well, and getting caught up on your sleep etc. Ways to Play The beginning of story mode – about ten minutes or so – is identical to the tutorial, and it cannot be skipped, so you could miss the tutorial and dive straight into story mode. If you survive first time out (highly unlikely!) you will be away, without needing to do it all again, for real this time. You can play with a buddy in story mode, and have a friend along to keep an eye out for danger, slap a cure together and generally look out for each other. Co-operative multi-play is also available in online survival mode where you and three others work to keep the team alive and on the move. Whichever mode you play, it is possible to survive, but the game does not make it easy – you have to work at it and you may well finish the game exhausted and feeling as though the real Amazon wouldn’t be quite so determined to make you dead! In both modes there are plenty of missions and side quests to work through. Crafting is – surprisingly – super simple. Just gather what you need – usually just one of each item – and then drag and drop them together and voila, the item is made. You must have a shelter to save the game, as mentioned above, so make the first one early and then save often as you progress! Pro tip – coconuts are your friend! They are clean water, food and even bowls all in one. Gather as many as you can carry! Exciting Ways to Die in the Jungle! Jaguars will kill you with enthusiasm, enjoying you for dinner while you curse and respawn, trying to remember exactly where they were so as to avoid them this time round, but there are a great many ways to die in this appropriately named green hell – here are just some of them! Arrows – not all the locals are happy to see you, and despite Mia’s insistences, some of them will happily try to kill you! Falls – all that lush green growth can be deceptive, with lethal drops suddenly opening under your unwary feet Venom – famously, venom is what snakes squirt into when they bite, poison is what kills you should you eat it. But you are not going to be bothered about using the right word when snakes are falling out of trees and biting you, creeping up behind you and biting you, or appearing apparently out of nowhere and – you guessed it – biting you! Poison – watch what you eat, as some of the berries, animals and leaves will, if no
