Evaluating the benefits of tenders for micro and small companies - Felipe José Ansaloni Barbosa

This book evaluates the results of the implementation of the public policy to promote micro and small companies in government purchases, established by Federal Complementary Law 123/2006, based on the calls for tenders carried out by the Belo Horizonte Reserve Officers Preparation Centre - CPOR, between 2004 and 2015.
