Design: Søren Lassen For by Lassen, 2009 Concept: The Bowl series is the natural descendant of the world-famous Kubus candlestick, and at a quick glance it also becomes clear that the design is based on the foundation stones that were laid at Kubus. The Bowl series takes its outer shape from the typical geometric square shape seen on many of by Lassen's products, but breaks in the shape of the semicircle. The interplay between the very strict and square shapes mixed with the soft round shape gives a nice and different expression. The Bowl series is available in several different shapes, sizes and colours, which also makes it possible to combine two or more of the different bowls in a decorative composition that can adorn the dining table or shelf.
