AlcoDigital AL6000 Breathalyzer

AlcoDigital AL7000 Breathalyzer

AlcoDigital AL7000 Breathalyzer

Product Properties The AlcoDigital AL7000 breathalyzer is the most accurate semi-conductor device in our range of  personal digital breathalyzers.   It has a  replacebale wash and go sensor  therefore does not require sending away for calibration. Simply purchase a new sensor and change it over yourself every 12 months – just like a battery. FASTcar magazine rated the AL7000 the ‘best breathalyser under £100’ and said: ‘We reckon this is the best breathalyser on the market for under 100-quid because, unlike many, it’s not going to be a waste of space after a year of use. You see, to give a true reading all breathalysers need recalibrating every 12-months but, as this one is a part of their  unique swap and go range  it allows you to quickly change the sensor yourself for about £20. Its advanced semi-conductor sensor is one of the most scientifically sound out there pulling in accurate figures to ±0.01% BAC. We like the hard case and in-car power lead, too.’ The AlcoDigital AL7000 sensor measures alcohol in milligrams per litre (mg/L) of breath and provides measurements up to 2.00mg/L.  The English and Welsh drink drive limit is 0.35mg/L and the Scottish drink drive limit is 0.22 mg/L. It has an accuracy of ±0.01% at 0.05% BAC. The Al7000 is also the only semi-conductor breathalyser to come with a hard case and in car power supply. UK based 12 month warranty. Easy to use The AL7000 breathalyzer has a very simple, one button operation. With one press, the breathalyzer switches on and warms up ready for your test.  While it warms up you can insert one of your reusable mouthpieces, one of which you can keep safe in the battery compartment of the unit.  When the AL7000 is ready test it will display the word ‘ blow’ on the screen. Blow a deep and steady breath through the mouthpiece, into the AL7000. While breathing into the breathalyser a long beep noise will sound. When you hear two beeps the full sample has been taken and you can stop blowing and await your result. The result is displayed within seconds on the LED screen in mg/L. The whole process has been designed to be as simple as possible, so even after a few drinks there is nothing complicated to worry about. Please remember that there is no safe alcohol level to drive at other than ZERO. Swap & Go Semi Conductor Sensor Nobody likes having to send their breathalyzer in for calibration every 12 months – but how else could you continue to trust the accuracy of your breathalyser? With our Swap & Go range of personal digital breathalysers,  you can have that confidence without having to send it away to have it calibrated.  The AL7000’s replaceable sensor should remain accurate for 12 months (or 300 tests), you can then  purchase a brand new sensor  and replace it yourself – just like a battery. Approvals   CE approval   FDA approval   RoHS Compliant   DOT Alcohol Screening Device Mouthpieces The AlcoDigital AL7000 breathalyzer comes with 5 mouthpieces. They are all re-usable so you shouldn’t need to purchase any more in the future.  There is even a little compartment in the back of the breathalyser to store a mouthpiece so you don’t forget to take one out with you.  You can store the rest in the hard case provided. In Car Power Supply The AL7000 also comes with an in car power supply, so that when you are on-the-go you don’t need to worry about batteries. Additional Features  Test counter Batteries included Auto power off Hard storage case In car power supply Technical Specification Swap & Go premium replaceable sensor No annual calibration required Thin unit for pocket storage With hard case and in car power supply Measures in mg/L What is in the box?  AlcoDigital AL7000 breathalyzer x5 reusable mouthpieces x2 AA 1.5v batteries 12v DC in car power supply Hard storage case for breathalyser and power supply Hand strap

Single Use NF Approved French 0.05% Breathalyzer Kit, 150

Single Use NF Approved French 0.05% Breathalyzer Kit, 150

Product Properties The easiest solution to ensure you comply with the French breathalyser law is to carry an NF Approved single use breathalyser. With the drink drive limit in France being close to that in England and Wales, these are also the perfect solution for those that need a cheap breathalyser to check themselves the ‘morning after’. Single Use NF Approved French 0.05% Breathalyzer Kits The cheapest solution to ensure you comply with the French breathalyser law is to carry an NF Approved single use breathalyzer kit. Don’t be fooled by fakes Any device that is NF Approved will have the NF logo on the packaging and the supplier will be able to provide you with an NF Certificate – ours can be seen here. ‘Tested to NF Standards’ and ‘Approved for use in France’ is like saying your car was ‘tested’ for an MOT; it doesn’t mean it passed! If someone is selling you an NF-Approved breathalyser kit, ask to see their certificate. If they can’t produce one, don’t buy it! Directions for use Blow into the bag with a full breath. Squeeze the bag through the crystals. If the crystals change colour, you know you have alcohol left in your system. There is a line to act as an indication of what the legal limit in France is. Frequently Asked Questions Will the French police test me with my kit? The Gendarme will not ask you to do a breath test for them using your own kit – they will use their own professional digital breathalyser if they suspect that you’ve been drinking. How many breathalysers do I need to keep? You only need to carry one – however if you decide to use it, you will need another unused kit to show a Gendarme if you’re stopped, which is why most recommend a minimum of two. But if you DO test yourself and find you’re over the limit, you’ll need a second to check you are to drive again – and a third to show the Gendarme. How do the single use breathalysers work? Unlike other kits where the user has to blow through the tube (which can be difficult for some users, especially the elderly) with our French NF-Approved breathalyser kit, the user blows into the bag without the tube first; the ends of the tube are then squeezed together (nothing to break off, throw away etc) and the air is then squeezed by hand back through the tube. How do I read the result of the breathalyser test? The results are easy to read; the crystals in the tube are white and turn red when alcohol is present. They comply with REACH legislation, ensuring that they are Chromium free. Images for illustration purposes only, actual product may differ.

Dräger AlcoTest 7000

Dräger AlcoTest 7000

Product Properties   The Dräger AlcoTest 7000 professional alcohol testing device is fast, compact and delivers precise test results in all weather conditions. EU Police Approval (EN15964) NHTSA Evidential Approval US Coast Guard The Dräger Alcotest ®  7000 sets new standards in alcohol test devices. Its benefits include a wider temperature- and measuring range, low maintenance requirements and various networking options. In addition, the device can perform alcohol tests via both a mouthpiece and a funnel. Reliable alcohol tests have never been so fast, simple and efficient. The Dräger Alcotest 7000 is also available as a system kit with bluetooth printer. Key Features Calibration – only one calibration required per year Two measurement methods in one device Wide temperature range Network-connected solutions – Draeger Add and Service Connect High alcohol-detection limits Only one calibration per year Typically alcohol testing devices have to be calibrated every six months. Thanks to its exceptional measurement stability, the Dräger Alcotest ®  7000 only needs calibrating every 12 months. As a result, you only have to collect, send off and then re-issue your alcohol testers once a year. This saves time and, above all, money. Two measurement methods in one device Alongside the classic test using a mouthpiece, with the Alcotest 7000 you can also carry out tests using a funnel attachment. This enables you to complete a large number of alcohol tests in a very short span of time: time-saving, cost-effective and hygienic. The funnel-based test gives you an initial indication as to whether or not alcohol is present in the subject’s breath. If the answer is yes, you simply press a button to switch over to the mouthpiece-based test mode. The following test then shows you the actual level of alcohol in the subject’s breath. Wide temperature range With the Alcotest 7000 you can take reliable measurements even in extreme temperatures. The alcohol tester’s patented heating system and high-quality materials ensure dependable results in temperatures ranging from -10 °C to +55 °C. Network-connected solutions The built-in Bluetooth ®  Low Energy technology offers you energy-saving, digital connectivity for the device and its data. This has many advantages: For example, the wireless connection of the alcohol tester to the Dräger BT Mobile Printer enables you to print out test results from a distance of up to 15 meters. In addition, the software solution “Dräger add” facilitates a range of processes – e.g. the documentation of the measuring data on site. Dräger’s Service Connect software enables you to download measurement data and much more. You can also connect the Alcotest 7000 directly to a computer with a USB-C cable to read out just the test results. High alcohol-detection limits The increased performance capacity of the Alcotest 7000 also includes its measurement range. The maximum blood-alcohol limit that can be set with this alcohol testing device is as high as 3 mg/l. If this measurement range limit is exceeded, the display will tell you.   Images for illustration purposes only, actual product may differ.

AlcoDigital Platinum Lite Breathalyzer

AlcoDigital Platinum Lite Breathalyzer

Product Properties The AlcoDigital Platinum Lite breathalyzer is our smallest and best value breathalyser with a fuel cell sensor. Fuel cell sensors are at least twice as accurate as semi-conductor sensors and will generally give double the lifespan too. The Lite is the fixed sensor version of the  Alco Digital Platinum breatherlyser. The AlcoDigital Platinum Lite comes with NFC (Near Field Communication) as standard so you can use it with the free AlcoTag app to record your readings. UK based 12 month warranty. Accurate Fuel Cell Sensor Fuel cell sensors are much larger than semi-conductor sensors. The larger the sensor, the better it can produce the electrical current needed to detect levels of alcohol – giving more reliable and consistent results. The size of our Platinum Lite sensor is 30mm². You will also find that fuel cell sensors are more durable, so they can be used frequently whilst maintaining their high levels of accuracy. Regular calibration can see these sensors lasting years and years. The Platinum Lite needs calibrating every 12 months or 500 tests (whichever comes first). The Breathalyser App There have been breathalysers that have worked with your phone before – the difference with the Platinum Lite is that it is primarily a breathalyser first and an app second.  Use the free AlcoTag app on your android phone via NFC (Near Field Communication) giving you the chance to take a picture of yourself blowing into the breathalyzer for your records, just in case you have an evening sharing it with your friends that you want to remember the next day!  The breathalyzer connects wirelessly with NFC before and after the test and records the result along with the date and time. Add your local taxi numbers to the app for the days when you do have alcohol left in your system and are not safe to drive. Check out your results over an evening with the data chart and learn more about how your body processes alcohol. The Platinum Lite is also EN Approval as a Breath Alcohol Test Device for General Public, clearly demonstrating its accuracy and reliability – which is obviously more important than the reviews, but we’re always happy when people like our littlest fuel cell! Approvals   CE approval   FDA approval   DOT Alcohol Screening Device   EN Approved – EN16280 Mouthpieces The AlcoDigital Platinum Lite breathalyzer comes with an integrated mouthpiece that easily slides out of the breathalyzer and in again for safe storage. Unlike any semi-conductor breathalyzer you never need to worry about taking spare mouthpieces with you – if the device is just for yourself you’re not likely to even need the spares.  However, we know and understand that these breathalyzers are popular with friends and family so 5 spare re-usable mouthpieces are included with the Platinum Lite purchase. Additional Features Unique colour Batteries included Flow rate sensor – provides a warning if the breathalyser isn’t being supplied with a regular flow of breath. Wide storage and operating temperature range – can be stored 0ºC to 50ºC and operated at 5ºC – 40ºC. Calibration The AlcoDigital Platinum Lite needs calibrating every 12 months or 500 tests (whichever comes first). Technical Specification: Best value fuel cell breathalyzer NFC to work with the free AlcoTag app on your phone EN Approved What is in the box? AlcoDigital Platinum Breathalyzer

AlcoDigital Platinum Breathalyzer

Product Properties       The Platinum requires no annual calibration and you can replace the fuel cell sensor yourself – just like a battery. Just order th e swap & go replaceable sensor fr om us and replace the sensor every 12 months or 500 tests (whichever comes first). Other breathalysers require a regular calibration at our workshop but with a swap & go breathalyser, no calibration = no days without your breathalyzer. At under £200, the Platinum is the cheapest fuel cell breathalyser in our  swap and go range   and provides the best technology at an affordable price. The AlcoDigital Platinum reads in milligrams per litre (mg/L) of breath and provides measurements up to 2.00mg/L.  The English and Welsh drink drive limit is 0.35mg/L and the Scottish drink drive limit is 0.22 mg/L. UK based 12 month warranty. Swap & Go Fuel Cell Sensor The complex nature of the fuel cell has meant it has taken Sentech, one of the Worlds’ foremost breathalyzer manufacturers, several years to miniaturise and perfect – but with the AlcoDigital Platinum they have succeeded. The single replaceable sensor cartridge contains all the elements necessary for accurate testing to as little as 0.005% BAC – far beyond the performance of semi-conductor models. Fuel cell sensors are much larger than semi-conductor sensors. The larger the sensor, the better it can produce the electrical current needed to detect levels of alcohol – giving more reliable and consistent results. You will also find that fuel cell sensors are more durable, so they can be used frequently whilst maintaining their high levels of accuracy. To get the most accurate reading, you must wait at least 20 minutes after consuming any alcohol, food or smoking to conduct a breathalyser test. This will also help with the longevity of the unit. Easy to use The AlcoDigital Platinum breathalyzer has a compact design and is easy to use, with a simple one button operation. Turn the breathalyser on and it will momentarily warm up.  When ‘blow’ is displayed, it is ready for a breath test. Simply blow into the breathalyser with a continuous flow and the bright LED display show the breath test result in mg/L.
