TRS’ adjustable fabric tow loops are the original and still the best adjustable tow loops available. They have the strongest break strength, crucial when recovering cars from gravel traps,  and utilise permanently dyed webbing for strong bold long lasting non-fade colours. All tow loops are MSA compliant to Blue Book rule Q19.1.3 and are suitable for front or rear fitment to all car types. The adjustment range is 16cm – 60cm using pinch plates. Loop diameter is 13cm and the steel mounting plate hole centre ID is 12.5mm. Red, blue, black and orange two loops are produced using 5000kg break strength webbing. Yellow, green, and silver tow loops utilise 3000kg webbing. Warning – web tow loops should be kept clear of hot exhausts. Made in England.

TRS wire tow loops are Motorsport UK compliant to Blue Book rule Q19.1.3 and are suitable for front or rear fitment to all car types. Overall length is 33cm, with a loop diameter of 13cm, the  mounting plate bolt-hole centre ID is 15.00mm The following Motorsport UK Blue Book configuration is strongly endorsed by TRS: Vehicles to be equipped with two front and two rear wire towing eyes positioned equally either side of the longitudinal center line. TRS wire towing eyes are made of 7mm diameter stainless steel wire rope with a 7×19 wire core.  Each  towing  eye has a  breaking strain in excess of 2.7  tons and allows  the passage of a cylinder with a diameter of 60mm, situated 25mm forward of the adjacent bodywork – 100 mm above and below this hole must  retain  clearance  to  enable  the  recovery crews to attach straps and shackles to recover the vehicle. The wire towing  eye  must  be  fixed  to  a  structural part  of  the  chassis  with  a  minimum  of  M10 (Grade  8.8)  fixings,  the  inner  part  must  be  flexible  in  order  for  the  towing  eye  to  be retracted inside the bodywork profile. Available from stock in red, blue and black. Bespoke one off lengths are avaiable from our UK factory, but are subject to an additional small order fee.

The TRS Magnum Rally Pack is perfect for new build rally cars or for driver’s upgrading out of date harnesses. The Magnum Rally Pack contains two of our basic 75mm lap and shoulder, FIA approved 8853/98 saloon harness which are suitable for most rally cars. The HANS friendley harnesses have steel anti-creep adjusters and snap hook fixings all round. The shoulder straps can be wrapped around the roll cage if required. The second part of the Rally Pack is a colour coded helmet hammock which attaches to the roll bar and holds two helmets. Its great for protecting helmets during stages.The new mesh centre is tangle free and ideal for Peltor intercoms. The next item included in the Rally Pack is a very useful small map pocket measuring 29cm x 18cm and is perfect for tidying away navigation maps and documents. The map pocket is supplied complete with fitting clips. Also included in the Rally Pack is a colour coded fixed spare wheel strap. The spare wheel strap is fully adjustable, which makes it easy to use if you have to change a punctured tyre on a stage quickly. The final part of the Rally Pack is a blue 4m tow rope. The tow rope is rated at 5000Kg and has hook fixings at both ends. Standard colours are red, blue and black.  Silver, yellow, green and orange are manufactured to order. Please note that the 4m tow rope is only avaiable in blue and can not be colour coded for red, black, yellow, green or silver rally packs.

Pro 6 Point Single Seater TRS Harness

Our basic 75mm shoulder and 50mm lap, FIA approved 8853/98 single seater harness. It has steel anti-creep adjusters with 8.8mm bolt-in fixing plates on the shoulders and 8.8mm bolt-in pinch plates on the lap and crutch straps. TRS’ light weight 140 gram quick release buckle is of composite construction and is attached to the right hand lap strap on 6 point single seater harnesses.  Innovative features such as thumb loops on lower shoulder straps and Velcro patches on lap straps were all pioneered by TRS and are standard on all of our competition single seater harnesses.
