For A4 documents in portrait format, optionally with 1, 2 or 3 rows, and with 10 or 25 open pockets - by placing individual boards next to each other, the overall planning system can be extended as required. The board can be easily and clearly set up by week days, staff, production, etc. - ideal for work progress forms, production orders, invoices, bids and much more. Concealed spacers limit the insertion width of the pockets and prevent documents from sliding back and forth. Secured to the wall by means of wall mounting profile rails. Spacers on the back for aligning the board segments. Boards made of robust plastic, the index boards have a metallic front. The two and three column board segments feature separating elements, the fill depth of the individual compartments totals 6 mm. Insertion depth 257 mm/visible edge 40 mm. The index board makes it easy to plan by week days, personnel or production and it comes complete with magnetic signs for labelling, which can be placed on the board segments. Coloured signs (width 220 mm, height 45 mm, raised edge on top of rear) allows you to present the status of individual orders visually. These sign makes it easy to visualise on the board whether the orders have the status ''stopped'' (red) , ''in progress'' (green) , or ''waiting'' or ''urgent'' (yellow) The traffic light colours are also perfectly suited for use in a KANBAN system.
