Kidde N-MC-BS Anti-Tamper Breakable Seal For Manual Call Points

Kidde N-MC-FE Glass Trigger Element For Intelligent Manual Call Points Pack of 10

Kidde N-MC-FE Glass Trigger Element For Intelligent Manual Call Points Pack of 10

Kidde N-MC-FE Glass Trigger Element For Intelligent Manual Call Points Pack of 10The N-MC-FE is a glass trigger element for compatible Type-A series manual call points. It may be used as alternative for resettable elements that are normally used in these manual call points. The N-MC-FE allows the manual call point to be easily activated without the need for tools. The N-MC-FE uses clear black print on a brilliant white background. An arrow on either side pointing inwards towards a dot indicates to the operator where to push on the element to activate the manual call point.Installation of the frangible element in a compatible manual call point is made easy by the design of the manual call point. Using the test key the front cover of the manual call point is removed allowing the insertion of the N-MC-FE with a quick and simple action. The coated glass element is designed to break easily and safely across a vertical running break guide consistently in the same place. Little force is required to break the element eliminating the need for special tools to facilitate activation. The glass coating ensures no splintering of the glass avoiding possible injury to the operator during the activation process.Key FeaturesQuick installation without special toolsEasy to retrofitCoated glass prevents operator injury by controlling the glass break and avoiding glass fragmentsEasy break glass for smooth and consistent breaks in the same positionEasy to operate without the need for hammersEN54 certified with compatible manual call points

Apollo Series 65 CR Heat Detector - 55000-132APO

Apollo Series 65 CR Heat Detector - 55000-132APO

Apollo Series 65 CR Heat Detector - 55000-132APOThe Series 65 Heat Detector monitors temperature by using a dual thermistor network which provides a voltage output proportional to the external air temperature. There are 12 heat detectors in the Series 65 range designed to suit a wide variety of operating conditions. Apollo Series 65 smoke heat detector range are a direct replacement for the earlier Series 60 devices. Series 65 detectors have a wide voltage range 9-33 volt DC and can be integrated on to security systems when used with the 12 volt relay base 45681-508.The heat detector operates by using a matched pair of thermistors to sense heat. One thermistor is exposed to the ambient temperature the other is sealed. In normal conditions the two thermistors register similar temperatures but on the development of a fire the temperature recorded by the exposed thermistor will increase rapidly resulting in an imbalance of the thermistors and causing the detector to change to the alarm state.A1R BR and CR are Rate of Rise detectors designed to detect a fire as the temperature increases but they also have a fixed upper limit at which the detector will go into alarm if the rate of temperature increase has been too slow to trigger the detector earlier.Key Features Can be used for applications where smoke detectors are unsuitableIdeal for environments that are dirty or smoky under natural conditionsWide operating voltageFlashing LED and magnet operated test switch option
