Ziton 2010-2-PAK-NET128 128 Node Network PAKThe2010-2-PAK-NET128increases the network capability to 32 nodes and 128 loops.The fire panel allows for its capabilities to be extended by use of USB dongles. These USB dongles are called PAK which stands for Panel Activation Key. The use of the PAK will activate additional high-end features in the panel. Depending on the required functionality separate and multiple PAKs can be used to enable these functionalities. Functionalities like number of nodesloops supported detector protocol used TCPIP communication protocol for remote monitoring communication towards management software like BACNet or Modbus etc can be enabled by usage of the PAKs.The PAK is tied to the serial number of the panel but does not have to stay connected to the panel. It can be removed once the PAK has been installed and the feature is enabled in the panel. It is therefore recommended that PAKs stays with the panel at all time for example in case of performing reset functions or re-installations.Key FeaturesA standard ZP2 network can support a maximum of 32 nodes panel or repeater or a maximum of 32 detection loops.To expand the maximum number of nodes or loops on a network a PAK is required.2010-2-PAK-NET128 expands the network capabilities to a maximum of 32 nodes or 128 detection loops.PAK can only be used on one panel therefore a PAK is required for each panelrepeater on the network.PAK is linked to panel by serial numberCompatible with firmware 3.1 or higher
