Liquid Charcoal from Nitram is extremely versatile, perfect for covering large areas quickly or experimenting with new techniques.
Made using a mixture containing pure powdered charcoal, the quality & colour depth is undeniable.
When squeezed directly from the tube, the first thing to note is the thick consistency, similar to an oil paint.
However, similar to a watercolour paint, the formula contains gum arabic, meaning it can easily be thinned or diluted using only water.
As an added benefit to this, after the product has dried, it can be reactivated the same way.
