A dynamic performance racing game with a grain of salt. The player takes part in a series of duels taking place on nine different tracks. The producer of the title is Digital Reality studio, known e.g. from the SkyDrift aviation racer. Bang Bang Racing is not a typical representative of racing games. We will not see a realistic driving model, advanced physics, destruction system or other elements that are usually proud of producers of titles belonging to this genre. The team from Digital Reality focused on loose entertainment aimed at less demanding players. You can see it when you start the game for the first time. The screen shows a bit of a fairy-tale and extremely colorful graphics, while car models resemble the heroes of the animated film "Cars". The struggle begins with the selection of one of the twenty available vehicles. Then you choose your favorite color and you can go on tour. The cars, despite their slightly caricatured appearance, were modeled on authentic car models. In addition, all models are divided into four separate categories. The races are held on nine tracks located in all existing climatic zones. To slightly diversify the fun, the creators have placed various obstacles on the routes in the form of exploding barrels, road posts or oil stains. Smarter players can also make their opponents' lives a little more difficult by taking advantage of the many hidden shortcuts. Bang Bang Racing is (as the creators assure) a family game, which is why it includes a multiplayer mode. Multiplayer allows up to four players to compete simultaneously on a split screen. Contrary to the prototype developed by the duo of Digital Reality and Grasshopper Manufacture, the production in question here was created on the initiative of THQ Nordic. The game hit many platforms, the list of which includes Switch, PC, etc. The action of Sine Mora EX takes place in a retro-futuristic world. Players find themselves in an exotic land shimmering with a riot of colors, where there is a constant battle between the forces of the Empire and its opponents. During the game, we have the opportunity to visit a large part of it - the struggle takes place against the backdrop of mountain landscapes, under water and by the ocean, as well as among industrial buildings. The core of Sine Mora EX on the Switch platform, PC etc. is the fight against hordes of enemies. The action is presented from a side perspective, and the player sits at the controls of planes that differ in terms of the weapons installed on them and various gadgets that guarantee an advantage over the adversaries. In addition to standard opponents, which do not require much effort to defeat, bosses from time to time stand in our way. Duels with them require not only proper reflexes, but also the development of an effective tactic. It is worth mentioning that with beginners in mind, three levels of difficulty have been prepared, which define the aggressiveness and number of opponents present on the screen at the same time. The Sine Mora EX pillar is a story campaign consisting of seven stages. The combat potential of individual buildings differs depending on the materials used - we have at our disposal, among others, stone, wood and metal. If we want to win, we also have to set traps - we can install, among other things, quicksand and cannons that fire projectiles that slow down the enemies they hit. Then it is time for the proper clash, in which Lock also takes an active part - during the skirmishes he uses a wide range of attacks, effective both against single opponents and against groups of opponents. In addition, simple mini-games have been implemented here, which are launched when we repair damaged structures. As we are successful, we earn money to buy new, more powerful items.
