Samurai Warriors 5 is the fifth installment of the slasher series launched in 2004, enriched with tactical elements . The production was developed by the Omega Force studio that supervises the series, while its release was handled by Koei Tecmo. Gameplay Before starting the game in Samurai Warriors 5, we choose one of the heroes. In addition to the two above-mentioned characters, we have at our disposal a number of other personalities, including both heroes known from the previous parts of the series and debutants. Each of the warriors has individual abilities , the skillful use of which in combat will give us an advantage over the opponent's forces. Then we have nothing else to do but make a few strategic decisions and jump into the real whirlwind of the action. The gameplay in Samurai Warriors 5 is based on dynamic clashes involving hundreds of units , in which we take part directly, observing the protagonist from behind his back ( TPP ). We eliminate enemies by making use of melee weapons and the skills of the character. As we progress, we develop the hero, increasing his combat potential. However, in order not to feel too confident on the battlefield, the enemies also evolve over time, which forces us to frequently change tactics . Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends is the first standalone expansion for Dynasty Warriors 8, which has all the contents of the base and a number of new features. Like the rest of the series, the production takes us to ancient China and allows you to fight dozens of enemies quickly and effectively. Traditionally, the title presents the story of the Legend of the Three Kingdoms, popular in East Asia, presenting the history of the civil war that took place in the Middle Kingdom at the turn of the second and third centuries AD. The Japanese studio Omega Force is responsible for the production of the game, like the other representatives of the series, while the publisher is Tecmo Koei. The game combines elements of a strategy that requires the player to manage and control a board divided into territories, and a typical hack'n'slash, in which we fight dozens of opponents using various types of weapons and special skills. Each of the characters (there are over 70 of them in total) that we lead on the battlefield has its own set of attacks and skills, unlocked as you gain experience in combat. The Extreme Legends edition also introduces a lot of new special moves and allows for the fusion of weapons. When starting the game, we choose one of the many game modes.
