Final Fantasy VIII: Remastered offers all the attractions of the iconic original from the first PlayStation with a refreshed audiovisual setting.  Story The story of Final Fantasy VIII (and thus Final Fantasy VIII: Remastered) takes place in an unnamed world in which - like Final Fantasy VII - fantasy elements combine with modern and futuristic technology. The main character is Squall Leonheart, a young student of one of the three SeeD military academies, who, along with other cadets, is sent on a special mission - the last test before being officially accepted into service. The group arrives in the town of Dollet, which is under attack from the neighboring kingdom of Galabadia. Soon Squall and his companions become entangled in a complicated plot in which the mysterious sorceress Edea Kramer plays an important role. Gameplay In terms of gameplay, Final Fantasy VIII: Remastered does not make any changes to the original. As in other jRPG games, the fun comes down mainly to exploring new locations and facing numerous opponents, which allows you to gain experience and develop the skills of the heroes to better cope with subsequent challenges. As in the previous installment of the Final Fantasy series, the combat mechanics combine the classic turn-based system with real time - characters attack in a certain order, but too slow will make the enemy make the first move.  Although the core of the game has remained unchanged, the eight also introduced a lot of changes compared to Final Fantasy VII. The key mechanics are GF, which is a significantly modified version of the summons from previous installments. Each of them can be assigned to one character, which will allow him to use special abilities, as well as summon a given GF to the battlefield. These, moreover, gather experience in the same way as heroes, developing and gaining new skills. The creators also rebuilt the spell, currency and weapon systems, as well as added scaling of opponents to the level of the player's character. As a result, there is now much more way to customize your team to cope with any challenges.

Final Fantasy VIII is the eighth installment of the popular series of Japanese RPGs. This time its protagonist is Squall Leonhart - a cadet of the military academy, involved in the hostilities with the neighboring state of Galbadia. Story The main character of Final Fantasy VIII is a certain Squall Leonheart - a cadet from one of the three famous military academies, known as the Balamb Garden. The last task of the hero, before being accepted into the elite SeeD special services, is to check reports of military aggression by the troops of the neighboring land of Galbadia. Soon, a great war begins, and Squall and his newly met comrades are entangled in a complex plot involving the president of Galbadia himself and the mysterious sorceress, Edea Kramer, who turns out to be the main cause of the confusion.  After the groundbreaking seventh part, the "eight" also brought a number of innovative solutions to the series, which - as it turned out later - clearly divided the existing Final Fantasy fans. Although the core of the gameplay has remained unchanged, and the fun continues to focus on exploration and the quasi-turn combat system, its model and the way of developing heroes have completely changed.  Compared to the two previous installments of the series, containing a lot of steampunk elements, Final Fantasy VIII goes even further, at some points approaching the classic science fiction (e.g. travel and space stations). For the first time in the history of the series, the love theme comes to the fore, which is one of the main driving forces of the plot and the cause of the main character's metamorphosis.  One of the most noticeable changes in Final Fantasy VIII is the visuals, which are a departure from the "super deformed" style characteristic of the previous installments of the series, in which the characters' heads are disproportionately large in relation to the rest of the body. Both the game world and characters are presented in a more realistic way, although still in a typical manga convention. The graphics of the game, character animations and cutscenes look much better than in the case of the predecessor. One element that hasn't changed is the brilliant as ever, epic soundtrack by Nobuo Uematsu.

Life is Strange 2 is a continuation of the 2015 adventure season developed by the authors of the original, Dontnod Entertainment studio. The premiere of this title was preceded by a free production entitled The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, which introduced players to the world created for its needs. The main characters of Life is Strange 2 are sixteen-year-old Sean Diaz and his nine-year-old brother - Daniel. A series of random events led to a tragic accident in which the father of the protagonists and the intervening policeman died. Escaping from justice, our protégés are forced to leave their native Seattle and travel to Puerto Lobos in Mexico. The matter is further complicated by the fact that in the meantime they have to hide a mysterious, supernatural and dangerous power. As in the first part of the series, in Life is Strange 2 we observe the action from the third person perspective (TPP). The game is primarily about following the plot and making decisions influencing its course and building relationships between the brothers. Other elements of the game were subordinated to this, including exploration, interaction with the environment and conducting conversations with neutral characters. Interestingly, the production allows you to import the game state from the above-mentioned The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, thanks to which the choices made there are reflected in the events presented here. Romancing SaGa 3 is a refreshed version of the classic Japanese RPG. The prototype was released in 1995 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System 16-bit console and never left the borders of the Land of the Rising Sun. The original was developed by Square, and its latest incarnation, Square Enix, is responsible for the remaster. Story The action of the game takes place in a fantasy land full of magic, which is haunted by a cataclysm every three hundred years in the form of the so-called Death Eclipses. During it, the Death Star blocks the sun, which generates a murderous energy that kills all newborns, as well as young plants and animals. Six hundred years ago, one child survived this cataclysm. They gained supernatural strength and eventually became the Demon King. It also opened a portal to the dimension known as the Abyss and brought the Demon Lords out of there to rule the world with their help. Three hundred years after these events, another newborn baby survived the Eclipse of Death. He also gained great power, but grew into a great hero over time. Together with his companions, he defeated the Demon King and sent his servants back to the Abyss. The game begins ten years after the next Eclipse. However, no one knows whether the surviving child will turn out to be good or bad this time. Worse, the exiled Demon Lords are trying to return to the world. For now, the portals are too small to enter the mortal realm, so they begin to possess the innocent to open the gates wider with their help. Gameplay Romancing SaGa 3 is a Japanese RPG in which we control a team of heroes, explore the world, develop characters, complete tasks and, above all, fight using a turn-based skirmish system. In line with the traditions of this series, the production offers a few other elements that make it very different from the standard representatives of this genre. When starting the game, we choose between eight characters. Each of them has a completely different campaign, with a unique storyline and challenges, as well as their own side missions. In addition to standard skirmishes, we can also activate the so-called commander mode. It allows you to put more characters to fight, use formations and additional abilities that require the cooperation of many fighters. However, this option forces us to exclude the main character from the clashes, who then stands behind and only gives orders.
