80% POLYAMIDE 20% ELASTANE
Description
Knee-highs with a very fine mesh weave which makes the fabric extremely soft, light and breathable, with a light compression that fa adhere the sock well to the limb. The toe seam is specially made on the outside of the sock so that the fabric inside in contact with the foot remains flat, smooth and soft to avoid friction that could cause injuries to the skin. It is made of COOLMAX® yarn that dries quickly. Therefore it keeps the skin of the foot and limb always fresh and dry thanks to the excellent management of body humidity, transports sweat to the outside for optimal comfort, maintaining prolonged freshness together with excellent breathability.
These characteristics make the knee-high suitable for diabetic patients with arterial disease and/or peripheral neuropathy, in primary or secondary prevention and for non-diabetic patients with fragile skin. The Diabetic knee-high does not replace the knee-high or elastic stocking in patients with venous disease, nor the "anti-thrombus" stocking in patients undergoing surgery or undergoing surgery.
Contraindications: Obstructive arterial disease, Severe neuropathy, Extrinsic compression on venous vessels, Uncompensated heart failure, Rheumatic fibromyalgia. It is desirable that the compression to be used is indicated by a doctor. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the components reported on the package.
