Not only is Brighton Gin certified vegan (including the waxed bottle tops), but due to the distillation process, it's also gluten free. Their delicious gins are made using a blend of botanicals that include juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, as well as locally grown coriander, which is the first grown commercially in the UK in over 200 years. These are joined by milk thistle (a flowering herb), which is indigenous to the South Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty in the south of England. Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength is a classic gin with a delicate spice backnote, and subtle juniper.
