Klopman Duiveskral Gin An old folk name for Juniper berries, Duiveskral is now also a Dutch Dry Gin. Made in Haarlem, this is a London Dry gin, which means it has a predominant juniper taste. Through the addition of the other botanicals, Klopman give Duivesral a spiciness along with subtle citrus and fresh notes. In addition to the Juniper, Klopman use bergamot to give the citrus tones, cucumber for the fresh notes, and their signature timut pepper boosts the citrus flavour and adds a warming lightly spiced pepperiness. Use 50ml of the gin to 150ml of the tonic. Mix gently in a large glass filled with plenty of ice, and garnish with a few cucumber balls, and a few timut peppercorns (or normal black peppercorns). For a tonic which adds additional flavours, try The London Essence Co. Grapefruit & Rosemary tonic. The flavours in this tonic compliment and enhance the gin well. Klopman Doornroosje Gin Doornroosje is een oud volkslied voor de sleedoornbes, en nu - ook een gin van Stokerij Klopman. Dit is een heerlijk heldere gin met sleedoornsmaak met zoete anijs-, kokos- en vanille-tonen. Omdat het een Klopman-gin is, behoudt het ook hun "signature" botanische van Nepalese Timut Pepper. Probeer voor een meer verwarmende drank 50 ml Doornroosje Gin met 150 ml Fentimans Ginger Ale. Garneer met een schijfje groene appel en wat (timut) peperkorrels. Voor iets verfrissers, vervangt u de Ginger Ale door Three Cents Dry Tonic. De lichte smaak van de tonic versterkt de plantenextracten in de gin.

Klopman Janneman Gin Janneman Gin is een Nederlandse Dry Hertog Jan Cask Gin uit Haarlem. Het is een kruidige gin met subtiele citrus en frisse tonen. De "kenmerkende" botanische van Nepalese Timut-peper van de distilleerderij geeft zowel de kruiden- als de citrustonen aan de gin. Na destillatie rust de Janneman gin in een medium getoast Amerikaans eiken vat waarop voorheen Hertog Jan bier werd gerijpt. Dit geeft Janneman prachtige vanille-, nerf- en houttinten. East Imperial Tonic Water heeft lichte kaneeltonen, die goed samengaan met de smaken van de gin. Terwijl The London Essence Co. Tonic licht is, zowel qua smaak als qua calorieën, wat ervoor zorgt dat de enige smaken afkomstig zijn van de gin, die worden versterkt door de bubbels en kinine in de tonic. Voor beide raden we aan om 50 ml Janneman op 150 ml tonic te gebruiken. Garneer met een paar (timut) peperkorrels en een schijfje citroen.

Klopman Spaanse Furie Gin (Mini) 5cl

Klopman Spaanse Furie Gin A Dutch Dry PX Cask rested gin, which is distilled in Haarlem (NL). This is a spicy gin, with subtle citrus notes which ensures a fresh taste. In keeping with the family of gins from Stokerij Klopman, this also uses the "signature" botanical of Nepalese Timut Pepper.  After distillation the gin is left to rest in heavily toasted Spanish Oak barrels, which were previously used for Pedro Ximenez (PX Cask). This resting period gives the Spaanse Furie a beautiful caramel aroma and taste, along with wood tones. However, should you prefer to enjoy this with a mixer, we recommend The London Essence Co. Delicate Ginger Ale, which compliments - but doesn't over power the gin.
