Necronator: Dead Wrong is a humorous combination of a card game with a real-time strategy in which we manage an army of the undead to defeat the sanctimonious Livmor Covenant. Toge Productions is responsible for the game, with such productions as My Lovely Daughter or She and the Light Bearer.If you are bored of fighting for the good, you have the opportunity to join the mighty Necronator! The latter not only wants to conquer the absurdly good Livmor Alliance, but also wants to use the dead to prevent their deaths from being wasted. If you succeed, the ancient demigod will be able to enjoy the glory he deserves again, and you will sit on the throne of Livmor as the Dark Lord!The game is divided into five campaigns related to one of the five commanders available in the game. Each of them has their own story and motives for which they decided to support the Necronator (we discover them as we progress in the game), as well as a unique spell and a special unit that can be put on the battlefield.Each of the campaigns is divided into missions in which we must overcome the forces of good. For this we have to play the appropriate cards. These are divided into spell cards that can accelerate our army, throw a temporary shield on it or deal damage to the opponent, as well as summon appropriate units. There are twenty of them in the game and each of them can be improved, but they can also synergize with each other, making them even more powerful. On our side we will see skeletons, people - from ordinary warriors, through mages and archers, but also ogres and other devil's seed. The opponent, on the other hand, can field clerics, steel golems, fluffy sheep and other disgustingly nice creatures.The maps on which the skirmishes take place are small, and our units move along a predetermined track like in tower defense games, with the difference that instead of building buildings, we play one of the cards available in our hand. After winning the mission, we get the option to choose a new type of card that we want to add to our deck.Between each mission, we have the opportunity to use the deck building screen. Due to the limited card limit, we must manage the deck in such a way that it is adequate to the given threat. The more powerful the spell and the higher the level the unit, the more points it uses.
