This Wetness Sensing Bed Mat can be used under a sheet on a bed and will wirelessly activate the alarm/nursecall system when wetness is detected. This alerts the caregiver to take appropriate action and ensure a comfortable resolution to the individual's needs. The Alerta Wireless Window and Door Sensor is designed to be mounted to either a door & door frame, or window & window frame and then connected to a nurse call system through the Alerta Wall Point Receiver for centralised activation. Alternatively it can be used independently of a nurse call system to give localised alerts through the Alerta Wall Point Receiver only. This Wireless Window and Door Sensor provides the patient with a feeling of freedom with their safe zone, but also offers peace of mind knowing that help will be called if they expose themselves to danger by inadvertently starting to exit their safe zone through a door or window, depending on where this device is placed. It uses radio frequency technology to connect to Alerta Wall Point Receiver with a wireless range of up to 95 meters.
