The Gymnic Sens'o'roll is the ideal product for those individuals who are looking to gently increase their level of mobility and flexibility whilst experiencing a light massage. The spikes on the outer most layer of the ball act as massage, grip points whilst the unusual oblong shape challenges the body through a variety of exercises. The exercising roll can also be used in combination with other fitness equipment such as resistance loops and stretch bands.
