You won't need a special set of skills because using the press is a doddle. You can line the inside of the press basket with one of the included straining bags to help filter any pesky seeds or stalks from your juice and stop the fruit falling out. Then turn the handle and watch the press do all the work, as that fresh juice pours out onto the base plate.

Just remember that when your press is filled with fruit it will produce approximately 25-30% of this capacity in juice. For example a full 8 litre press will make between 2 and 2.5 litres of juice.
