The storyline once again takes us to the fantastic land of Evermore, where all magical life forms are repressed by the Phobian Empire - a rigorous theocratic state, created after the great war in an atmosphere of real threat from the terrifying monsters from the dark Shadow World. An opposition group of heroic wizards, inspired by the dethroned Merlin, decides to put an end to the bleak situation.
