This small Western style smoker combines a variety of different cooking possibilities, enabling you to cook in the traditional BBQ way over a bed of hot coals or in the smoke of a wood fire. This is possible thanks to the grill's special smoker design and chambers made from quality 1mm thick steel. In the smaller, lower lying smoking chamber, smoke builds from burning wood. As it rises, it enters the cooking chamber where your food is located drawn in by the chimney. In this way, your food is cooked slowly to smoky perfection at a low temperature of between 80° and 130°C. Using the lid's built-in thermometer, you can easily monitor the cooking temperature. The Keansburg 4 Burner Gas BBQ has a sleek black powder coated finish with contrasting stainless steel trim. Constructed from SPCC steel, a commercial quality cold rolled steel, the Keansburg 4 boasts four gas burners with push and turn piezo ignition, a ceramic side burner with enamelled cooking grid and a large enamelled cast iron cooking surface with a warming rack. With the Keansburg 4 BBQ you don’t have to store bulky fuel or wait an age for charcoal to heat up and reach the desired state before starting to cook, the gas provides almost instant heat. A cupboard under the cooking chamber provides neat storage for a gas cylinder up to 11kg in size. Mounted on four swivel casters, two of which are lockable for stability, this large barbecue can easily be manoeuvred. With four continuously adjustable gas burners, one of which is a POWERZONE burner for high temperature searing and a ceramic side burner capable of reaching 800°C in around a minute, this is a versatile outdoor cooking station. When you don’t need to use the side burner, replace the lid and use as a side shelf. There is a further side shelf which folds down for space saving.
