Alucia Organics Certified Organic CO2 Rosehip Oil contains high levels of Essential Fatty Acids, particularly Omega-3 and Omega-6, and is a rich source of antioxidants and Vitamins A, C and E. It has amazing skin regeneration properties, helping to prevent signs of premature ageing, minimise wrinkles and reduce stretch marks and scar tissue. Most Rosehip Oil is made by cold pressing, where the seeds are crushed between rollers, sometimes with the addition of a solvent, which squeezes the oil out of the seed. Our Rosehip Seed Oil is different, as it is made using state-of-the-art supercritical CO2 extraction. Under this method the oil is extracted from the seeds by flushing supercritical CO2 under high pressure through the seeds, which gently removes the oil. This environmentally friendly process uses no solvents and removes more of the beneficial bio-active compounds from the rosehip seeds, producing a much more concentrated and higher quality oil than cold pressing. Alucia Organics Rosehip Seed Oil is Certified Organic by COSMOS through the Soil Association. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply a few drops to clean skin and massage gently until absorbed. Alucia Organics Certified Organic Double Rosehip Oil is made with a unique formula using two different kinds of Rosehip Oil: CO2 extracted Rosehip Seed Oil, and CO2 extracted Rosehip Fruit Oil, with the addition of natural Vitamin E Oil. These antioxidant-rich oils fight free radical damage and aid skin cell regeneration, making this a powerful regenerative facial oil. Rosehip Seed Oil has been proven to significantly increase skin hydration and elasticity, and reduce the signs of wrinkles, scars and other skin damage. Rosehip Fruit Oil is particularly high in carotenoids, which are powerful antioxidants that fight free radicals, one of the causes of premature signs of ageing. Natural Vitamin E is also a very effective antioxidants, so these ingredients work together to improve the overall appearance of your skin.
